This is a delightful fabric from France from the late 19thc. It is a satin with the most wonderful weight. I love gold fabrics and nab them whenever i can find them, you know how difficult it is to locate them as is. With Acanthus scroll and floral in a compote, this fabric would be lovely covering a small bench or long boudoir bolster pillow. Excellent condition. Size: 31" x 19"

Very lovely colors don't you agree. The blue is a steel gray blue with little vertical bars of eggplant purple, brown toast and forest green. A little over 1/2 inch wide...The first 17 inches in poor condition, but the rest of the roll still wrapped inside the rolled paper. 1/2 inch left on the roll.
