This is a sterling silver swordfish, made to be worn either as a lapel pin, or from a chain as a pendant. The mark is 925 Mexico TM-38. The mark identifies it as a registered jeweler in Taxco. The rest of the mark indicates this was the 38th jeweler to register with the letter M in the assay office of Taxco. This system began in 1979. This is an old, large well made sterling silver ring. It is marked Dave Pino, and Sterling. I have not been able to find this name related to a silversmith. The quality of the workmanship takes it above the level of a hobbyist. The stone is turquoise with a lot of matrix. I have taken a photo that shows a line across the dome of the stone.
