in the manner of George Chinnery, ca 1800. The Gent wearing a black coat, white stock and cravat. A watercolour on ivory set in an oval gilt metal frame with a pendent hanger and a later added brooch. 2 1/2' (w) x 3 1/4" (h) The reverse with sculpted hair.
