Our Service Pledge To You:
Our mission is to provide quality antiques & collectibles at affordable prices. We respond to all orders in a timely fashion and guarantee the authenticity of our items.
Layaway plan - three months including an initial down payment (1/4 of the value). If at any time a payment is not remitted, all previous payments are defaulted. We do not accept PayPal as a form of payment when using layaway. The order will be shipped once the final payment has cleared.
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Due to regulations, we do not ship to all international countries. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A PURCHASE ORDER to learn if we ship to your country. ALL international customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
Buyers from Hawaii and Alaska pay for actual shipping, handling and insurance.
We use either UPS or USPS services to ship the smaller items domestically. For all Canadian orders, we use the services provided by the United States Postal Service. We ship within the next 2 business days after payment has cleared.
For larger items, the following independent shippers/packers may be contacted.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT A SHIPPER/PACKER.
We are in no manner affiliated with the independent shippers listed. We are not responsible for the time it takes to deliver the item nor do we have the means to expedite the delivery process. The independent shipper/packer will require you to pay them directly.
*We NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYPAL for payment of larger items requiring the use of an independent shipping company. Only personal checks, money orders or bank wires are currently acceptable methods of payment for such items. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Restocking Fee:
We will recover shipping and packaging costs by refunding the purchase price minus said costs. We do not charge a surcharge for customer's use of payment options such as PayPal. Items must be returned in same condition as shipped and within 10 business days. Otherwise, a 10% restocking fee with be charged.
Other Information:
All purchase orders must be paid in full prior to the order shipping. Payments must be made within 5 days of purchase order submittal. If not paid within 5 days, the purchase order will be canceled and the item will be returned to our shop's online inventory.
***WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM PAYPAL ACCOUNTS WITH A CONFIRMED ADDRESS and will only ship to those confirmed addresses when PayPal is used for payment. We also only accept PayPal from customers with addresses within the United States or Canada. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS!
We no longer accept PayPal for payment of larger items requiring the use of an independent shipping company such as Craters & Freighters. Only personal checks, money orders or bank wires are currently accepted payment options for such items. We apologize for this inconvenience.
