White milk glass, painted in light green; possibly Wavecrest; silverplate ribbed handle and lid; Rochester, N.Y.; 11" tall including handle; barrel is in very good condition with only minor loss of silvering on lid, rim and handle; marked "Quadruple Plate, Rochester, N.Y., 3105" on bottom of lid.
