This is executed with watercolors and pen and ink in colors that just POP when you see it in a room. The different blends of red, orange, blues and greens are artistically pleasing and detailed throughout the painting with pen and ink. The frame and matting is first rate. The frame is 16" x 14 1/2" with the painting within the mat is 11 1/2" x 8". It is signed by the artist as being done in 1991 but I can not read Russian...anyone? This was found at an estate sale of a high official of a rubber company...which will remain unnamed. He was known to travel the world and bring back high quality items to enjoy in his home.
