Charming Early Mexican Silver Brooch and Earrings

What makes this brooch so charming are the parent birds guarding the nest in the center of a circle of turquoise studded silver flowers. The matching screw back earrings each have three similarly studded flowers. Solid flat backed 1 1/2 inch brooch with strong safety clasp marked Hecho in Mexico D.F., which is Mexico City, 900, and the initials MFA. The 3/4 inch earrings are marked Mexico silver. Excellent condition.
