Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. I am happy to work with you to find the best shipping method, and always happy to combine shipping for multiple items purchased. Just ask!

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned. Items held on layaway may not be returnable, and will be handled on a case by case basis. Any layaway purchases that are accepted for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Other Information:
6% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped within Connecticut.
