What a fabulous pair! It is so difficult to find a matched pair these days. Since these were all hand painted, once they are separated, they are gone forever. With all the early Italian tole having found its way into Shabby Cottage Chic homes over the past 10 years, the good stuff is not showing itself as easily as it used to in the past. But when it does, I'm right there to grab it and offer it to my customers! This would be perfect in any shabby cottage chic room.

These candlesticks each measure approximately 7 1/2" tall by 7" wide (at the widest) and hold one taper candle.

The coloring of the roses on this piece varies from pale baby pink to fuchsia, with tonal differentiations. The patina is wonderful- just what you'd expect from vintage Italian tole!
