SALE PENDING Vintage Sterling Silver 1940's Puffy Heart Charm Posies Forget Me Nots

This pretty little heart charm has 3 cute forget me nots on the front and a pretty beaded edge. I have never seen another in this design.
It measures about 5/8" wide by 5/8" tall without the bale. It is marked sterling, and retains a beautiful warm patina. It has not been cleaned or polished.
