Vintage Sterling Silver 1940's Puffy Heart Charm Posies

What a sweetie! Here is another you don't see that often, It has a smaller heart in the center surrounded by nine little posies.

It measures about 5/8" wide by 5/8" tall without the bale. It is marked sterling, and retains a beautiful warm patina. It has a shallow pin prick on the back see the photos for detail. It has not been cleaned or polished.
