Vintage Sterling Silver 1940's Puffy Heart Charm Rose

This pretty little heart charm has a rose on the front and a pretty beaded edge. It is engraved with the initials "T.H.M" on the back.

It measures about 5/8" wide by 5/8" tall without the bale. It is marked sterling, and retains a beautiful warm patina. It is quite tarnished, but would polish up beautifully, should you want to. It has not been cleaned or polished.
