Vintage Sterling Silver 1940's Puffy Heart Charm Army Sweetheart Eagle Enamel

This patriotic beauty was likely given by a WWII soldier to his sweetheart back home. It is breathtaking, with a US Army insignia on the front,enameled in red white and blue. It is beautifully engraved "Roy" on the back. This charm is nearly perfect, with a tiny bit of enamel missing, and a tiny dimple on the front. Please see the photos for more details.

It measures about 5/8" wide by 5/8" tall without the bale. It is not marked sterling, but is guaranteed to be, and retains a beautiful warm patina. It has not been cleaned or polished. I will be listing lots of lovely heart charms, so please check back often.
