Vintage 1940's Sterling Silver "I Love You" Puffy Heart Charm

How Romantic! From a circa 1940's sweetheart charm, today I have to offer a really exquisite puffy heart. This sentimental beauty has a smaller heart in the center, topped with a scrolled banner that reads, "I Love U." It is outlined with an elegant repousse design. It is engraved "Lois" on the back. It is in excellent vintage condition.

It is hallmarked sterling and retains its beautiful warm patina; it has not been cleaned or polished. It is a standard sized heart, measuring about 9/16" wide by 5/8" high, without the bale.
