This MINT condition footed covered serving bowl made of white porcelain is surely from the 1800's and a beauty to behold! Marked in green "Habsburg-China Austria" and "4799" in red, it measures 12" long from handle to handle and 8-1/2" wide by about 3" deep. Beautiful gold trim adorns its lovely shape as well as scalloped foot and handles. No cracks, no chips, no crazing -- it's flawless! What a 19th Century beauty!!
