Pink Pottery Dog Planter With Underplate

This adorable Pink Pottery Dog Planter has the style of vintage Shawnee Pottery, but has no label nor maker's mark. This little pup has the most innocent little face and is such a great deep peachy pink color. Eyes, nose, and mouth are hand painted in black. This planter is in most excellent condition with no damage; there is a few tiny glaze pops done in firing. Inside is clean with hole in bottom for water to pass through to under plate. Would be great for African Violets since they need to be watered from the bottom! Measurements are 5-1/4” tall and 6-1/2” long. What a cutie !
