These Homer Laughlin Dinner Restaurant Plates are made from their Best China line with a shapely scalloped edge, known as the "Carolyn mold". The edge is outlines in a dark mustard / amber color with a thin black line bordering the white china and both plates measure 8-3/4" diameter. Backstamp reads, "Homer Laughlin, Best China, U.S.A. VA-1111". Both plates are in excellent condition ~ No cracks or chips and minimal surface wear from use. Nice heavy restaurant china ~ Very handsome!
