Here's a neat chalkware wall plaque for your kitchen! Made in 1981 by Miller Studio, Inc., this colorful vintage piece has red radishes with bright green tops, two plump mushrooms, and several asparagus stems. These are against a background molded to resemble a wooden box with the word, "RECIPES" written across it diagonally, and a wooden spoon at the bottom where two metal hooks are screwed into the piece. I'm most certain these hooks were intended to hold potholders. Miller's standard imprint is on the side of this piece, showing a copyright date of 1981. Great condition for its age! Only slight wear with a couple of paint nicks. Still charming! Measures 6-3/4" at its widest point and is 6-1/8" long. Displays nicely and adds a touch of whimsy to your kitchen!
