Tin Container ~ Embossed Oriental Red And Gold Design ~ Made In Holland

This is a beautiful vintage tin! It was made in Holland and is covered with exquisite embossed gold and red details. Each side has a panel with a pretty Oriental scene against a creamy white background. One scene is of two fishermen fishing (on 2 sides); the other scene is of a lady holding a large fan (2 sides); all have branches of cherry blossoms and bluebirds flying in the foreground. The hinged lid of the tin has an intricate design of cherry blossoms, bluebirds, and a classic Oriental design. Inside of tin is clean. Overall condition is excellent ~ Some edge wear from use but doesn't detract. The words, "Container Made In Holland" are imprinted in a circle on bottom. Measurements: 6-1/2" tall by 4-1/2" square.
