This is a very elegant piece by Lipper & Mann, Japan, and in MINT condition! It has double bowls attached by a pretty loop style handle and is done in white china / porcelain trimmed in gold. The pattern is unidentified but is a beauty with its gold leaves all around the edges and on its handle, and a small rose in the center of each bowl.
