This is a super Belgian antique brass bell measuring 4 1/2" (11.5 cm) tall x 2" (5 cm) across the actual bell.

It is decorated with the flags of Belgian Municipalities - Dinant, Ypres, Namure, Bruges - there are another two but i can't make out the names.

The condition of the bell is generally good - you can see from the photos that the handle is a little off centre.
