They were bought over many years by an antique dealer from Camden Passage as a retirement fund.
This one is hallmarked for Birmingham 1922 and the maker is William Devenport
It measures 3" (8 cms) high x 4 (10 cms) across the base and has a beautiful tortoise shell top with lovely pique silver inlay.
The glass is attractively cut and is a faceted shape, and the base is star cut.
Cracking bowl, ready to be used for a wide range of things.
