Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping, handling, and insurance, and items, under $1,000 in value and unless otherwise instructed, will be shipped postal, insured, priority mail. Items over $1,000 will be shipped, unless otherwise instructed, insured , registered mail, by the USPS.

Restocking Fee:
A 3.5% restocking fee may be charged in returns, if Robbins' Roost has been charged. A fee of 10% of the original price of an item, plus any charging or paypal fees, will be charged on layaway payments in the event that the customer has a
change of heart before receiving the item. This fee may be waived if the item has been out of stock for less than ten days.. In the event that a restocking fee is not charged, a $10 fee, per item, will be charged for returned items where the tag has been removed and must be replaced. If a layaway payment is 10 days late, a $10 fee will be charged. If the layaway payment is more than 10 days late, a 20% of the scheduled monthly layaway payment will be charged. There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks.

Other Information:
No discounts can be received on lay-away items.
