This is a nice portrait miniature, water color on Ivory, of a lovely lady in a very nice brass frame with bow. She appears to be circa 1850, and she is in excellent condition. Her frame appears original and, while it has a ring for hanging, it looks as though it once had an easel which is no longer present. She measures 3 and 1/2 inches North to South, and 2 and 1/8 inches East to West.
