This is one of the nicest memorial hair rings I have seen. It's quite nice size, measuring a little over an inch, North to South, and 3/4 of an inch, East to West. On the enamel, and in perfect condition, the gold lettering reads Henry Coulthurst, ob, 11th Sept, 1788, AE 70. The ring is a size 6 and 1/2, and it could be resized by a jeweler who is used to working with antique jewelry. The hairwork is especially nice on this piece.
