Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All large orders will be shipped via Priority Mail. Small jewelry orders will be first class in a bubble mailer. PayPal and money orders are shipped the next business day but checks must clear the bank.

Restocking Fee:
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.

Other Information:
Any applicable taxes will be paid by the seller.
