D & E Montana Blue, Peridot Rhinestone FAB Brooch

I had a feeling when I bought this gorgeous thing that it was D & E so I checked with Frank and he confirmed it. I asked if there were a special name for the montana blue stones and he called them 15/5 navettes. Whatever name they have they are spectacular!! They are unfoiled and open backed. In between are clusters of peridot and deep green rhinestones. This is one fabulous brooch. It measures 2 7/8" x 3" and is in excellent condition. The design - the color - everything about it is nothing short of amazing. The stones are set into silvertone metal. Although this brooch is not signed it has been authenticated by its maker and I consider that as good as signed.
