Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping takes place only once a week, on Tuesdays, using all new packing materials including acid free tissue paper, double boxing where required, and bubble wrap. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases of smaller items.

Insurance is required and is determined at the time of purchase. If there is a question about shipping, please email before buying.

I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks (provided residency is in the USA). If paying with check or money order, please send payment to 3507 N. San Miguel Street, Tampa, Florida, 33629.

There is a seven percent sales tax charge for all Florida Residents.

Contact must be made within 3 days and payment received within 7 days. I reserve the right to relist.

Restocking Fee:
I do not have a Restocking Fee as such, but expect any and all returns to be in the same condition as sent. I am careful to describe and picture all items as accurately as possible and encourage any and all questions. If paid with PayPal there will be a charge for the original bank fees. I do not refund shipping.

Other Information:
PLEASE NOTE: I do sell all items as found and as with most vintage or antique items, there may be wear and tear and item may not be cleaned or in perfect condition. I do not clean any items, I leave that to the collector. I do my best to picture and describe any and all flaws such as missing stones, wear to metal, etc. Please feel free to email with any questions you may have.
