The first step to getting the things you want out of life is this: Decide what you want. Ben Stein
"By Reason of Force" this crest dates to 1834 and was designed by the English artist Charles Wood Taylor. A five pointed star is in the center of a shield with an Andes Condor bird of prey on one side and a rare Huemul (South Andean Deer) on the other. Both animals are wearing crowns. While three feathers top it off, underneath the shield there is a band with the motto: "Razón o la Fuerza" ("By Reason or Force" - "By right or might").
With a fine patina, it is ready to hang or display. In overall excellent antique condition, with one dimple at two o'clock.
