A mid 20th century harbor view of Torre De Belem, Lisboa by contemporary known book plate artist J. Bastos from Portugal. This Hand painted engraving measures approximately four and one half inches by six inches exposed, is matted in sky blue, with a period white washed cottage chic wood frame that measures nine and one half by eleven and one half overall. It is in excellent vintage condition. Book Plate Artists are known as the "little masters" due to their excellence in engraving and heraldic design.
