An Original signed 1950 Bernard Villemot (1911 - 1989) Air France North Africa Airline Poster. Beautiful vivid colors adorn this amazing travel collectible that is marked with PRINTED IN FRANCE, REF. 222/P. 2.50, Hubert Baille & Co. PARIS. It measures approximately twelve and one half inches by twenty inches.

Air France founded in1933 always used talented artists and produced superb designs in their airline posters. Villemot was regarded as the finest graphic designer in France post WWII. This fine piece has been stored for the last sixty years and is in excellent antique condition. Ready to frame as a decorative piece, or a perfect addition to a collection.
