A circa 1910 - 1920 Mother of Pearl Cape or Cloak Fastener. This hand carved natural shell garment closure buckle set with a brass hook is beautiful! When hooked together it measures three and one quarter inches long and one and three eighths inches at the widest points. A cleaning is in order but, it is in overall excellent antique condition. This elegant clasp could be used for a necklace or collar fastener as well.
