Clarice Jane Chrome Deco Compact

This commercial Deco compact is circa 1925. It is comprised of a white metal with chrome plating & black & white lacquer. The metal is all intact with no rips, dents or repairs. The lacquer has less then normal light surface scratching. There are 2 spots on the top I need to describe. The first is that triangle shaped gray spot you see in the center of photo 2. It is a surface only flat nick to the lacquer approx 1/32" big. The second is that white speck at the bottom of the center of the H in the black right above the center white stripe (photo 1). I thought it was dust/gunk at first. But when viewed with a 10 power loop it is a pin point nick down to base metal at the end of a 1/16" scratch. Hinge is intact & compact closed with a firm click. The mirror is original with no chips, cracks & is just starting to age spot. The powder screen & puff are original & have residue. The lipstick is empty but flap is intact & opens.
