American Sterling & Enamel Nail File

This Circa 1925 file is a total of 7 5/8" long (handle 3 7/8") x 5/8" at widest point of handle. It also like the scissors came with the Thomae Co dresser pieces. Enamel pattern & color were a perfect match. So even thought this piece has no marks we attribute it to The Thomae Co. (mark picture in listing is from the mirror). File is straight & has point. There is discoloration to the steel file but it is in very good working condition. The enamel is all original with lite surface abrasion/scuffing towards base-my guess is from the owners rings. There are 2 minuscule edge surface nicks 1/32" big. These are normal to use and are common in enamel items (see picture). The sterling is in lovely condition. There is on the end of handle a small 1/8" long crescent shaped indention (see picture).PLEASE READ "ABOUT ME" & "TERMS OF SALE" before purchasing.
