About Us
OUR MERCHANDISE:
Besides a very large stock of Perfume & Scents we also carry Ladies Dresser Items, Photo Frames, Sterling Holloware & Special Serving Pieces, Miscellaneous Silver Objects, Match Safes, Napkin Rings, Tea Strainers, Vienna Bronzes, Porcelain, Art Glass, Antique Jewelry and quirky items that excite me.

Keep an eye on our Ruby Lane Store as we will be adding items weekly, when in town, from our show stock and new purchases!

ABOUT ME:
I have been an Antique Dealer since 1972. I started with California shows and branched out to shows across the USA as my interests grew. We do shows in Pasadena-CA, San Mateo-CA, Denver, Houston, Chicago Area, Kansas City, Atlantic City, Baltimore, Miami, Miami Beach & the IPBA Convention. My sister, Chris, joined the business in 1997 which helps enable me to go out more often and buy and buy and buy (it's a disease!). I only buy items I love and regretfully I am very eclectic.

Two of my personal passions are Enamel Items & Perfume/Scent Bottles. I am a member of the IPBA (International Perfume Bottle Assoc.). If you love perfumes/scents and haven't heard of the IPBA it's great! They issue 4 magazines per year and have an outstanding convention once a year. Email me and I will mail you a brochure to join.

OFFERS:
We will consider all reasonable offers, but discount could change terms of shipping.

CONDITIONS:
Our items are in good to excellent conditions. Our descriptions will give you any excessive wear, damage, manufacture flaws or restoration. Our descriptions can be of spots so minute you can not see them w/the naked eye. We believe in honest ethical disclosure!

Our Sterling is antique or collectable-not reproduction. It can have ANY or ALL of the normal flaws due to age/usage. Look at any of your antique silver and you can see what we are describing. IE: Pin point sized surface indentations; uneven surfaces; minuscule surface indentations about 1/32" big and deep; light surface scratching/swirling due to old style cleaners. Any damage (dents, deep scratches, holes, repairs, cracked seams) will be stated. We do not machine buff/polish. Buffing removes the patina (dark areas in pattern indentations) that adds to your antique silver's value. Patina also helps take better pictures of pattern.

PICTURES & MEASUREMENTS:
We DO NOT touch up our photos. Because we do not, sometimes you see the reflection of the camera or the color reflection of our clothes. We ONLY crop, change size for insertion into listing and sometimes lighten because of time of day photo taken or curves & angles causing shadows. Sometimes we over lighten/expose to show a specific area. When we say 1/10", 1/32" & 1/64" it has been measured. Chris appropriated her retired husband's machine shop ruler.

THANK YOU:
We hope you enjoy your new treasure from us and if you visit one of our shows please stop in and say Hello and look at all of our wonderful items.
