Yes, this 1942 Schrager butterfly brooch is HUGE, 3-3/4" X 3". No missing rhinestones, no black or darkened rhinestones. When held up to a light bulb, a bit of foil marring shows on the faceted point of the rhinestone back. Those smoky colored oval rhinestones are frequently replaced with emerald green, red, or purple. The material is pot metal with a secure pin clasp. He has emerald green eyes. Very good condition other than the smoky rhinestone foil marring. This butterfly brooch is pictured on page 184 of Brunialti's, "Tribute to America."
