This is a terrific pair of De Lizza & Elster "Juliana" vintage clip-on earrings, circa 1960. They feature a shiny gold-tone setting, and each earring has a big oval confetti cab that is translucent, and flecked with silver and emerald green.

Both earrings also have navettes, baguettes and chatons in emerald green, plus a curved row of aurora borealis chatons. The big oval cabs are open in the back.

The various shapes and sizes of stones, including slender navettes, combined with the au jour (open backed) art glass cabs and the design of the clips and the distinctive style of the solder puddling (on the backs of the earrings) leads me to believe these are DeLizza and Elster "Juliana" earrings.
