This vintage Guardian Ware hostess set was manufactured exclusively for Guardian Service by Queen's Lusterware Limited in Brooklyn, New York. It was given out as a hostess gift during the 1950's. The set comes complete with chrome carrier or holder, 4 tall tumblers decorated with a silver knight's helmet and shield design and 4 silver coasters. Each coaster is made of glass with an impressed Trojan likeness.

Each glass tumbler measures 5-1/2" high by 2-3/4" wide at the top. Each coaster measures 3-3/4" wide.

The set is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Two of the glasses have a couple of light scratches on the silver trim, which are only noticeable when held up to the light.
