Portmeirion Black Greek Key Coffee Pot Set with 5 Cups & Saucers Williams-Ellis

This classic elegant Portmeirion coffee pot set was designed by Susan Williams-Ellis in 1968 and quickly became very popular with their success continuing into the 1970's. Each piece is decorated with a gold Greek key pattern which contrasts beautifully against the matt black finish. This set includes the coffee pot plus 5 cups and saucers. I show the set with 4 cups but I found one more cup & saucer which is not shown.

All of the pieces are in very good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or wear to the gold design.

The coffee pot measures 11" high by 8-1/2" wide from spout to handle. Each cup measures 3-1/4" high by 2-1/2" across the opening. The saucers measure 5-1/4" wide. The bottoms of the coffee cups and the coffee pot are marked, Portmeirion Pottery, Designed by Susan Williams-Ellis, Stoke-on-Trent, Made in England.
