This West Germany Scheurich pottery floor vase with label is a classic shape with a wonderful drip glaze alternating between a glossy brown, matte beige and a speckled sandy brown color. The vase measures 16-1/2" tall by 6-1/2" across the bottom and still retains the original paper label, saying, scheurich Keramik, Made in W. Germany. Base is marked, 217-42, W. Germany.

The floor vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Base is marked, 217-42, W. Germany.

West German pottery from the 1960's is becoming very collectable and looks fabulous when grouped together. Definitely the finishing touch to your Mid Century Scandinavian or Danish Modern decor.
