Box of Vintage Figural Glass Christmas Ornaments West Germany

This vintage box of 4 figural blown glass christmas ornaments includes a bird with spun glass tail, a blue bell with hand painted mica glitter, a figural house or cottage and a green horn. They were made in West Germany and date from the 1950's-1960's.

The bird measures 5" long from his beak to the end of his spun glass tail. The blue bell measures 4-1/4" long by 1-1/2" wide. The house or cottage measures 2-3/4" long by 1-1/2" wide and the green horn measures approximately 4" long.

The ornaments are in good condition with typical age wear. The end cap on the green horn looks like a replacement and there are a few spots of missing color, the pike on the bell has a chip which is hidden by the end cap and the bird has some darkening to his tail. I think this gives the ornaments a nice vintage look.

The box is in good condition but does show wear with a hole in the cellophane covering and a tear on one flap.
