Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Payment is due within 7 days of completion of your purchase order.
Personal checks *must* clear your bank prior to shipment.
Buyer to pay $3.00 shipping per item sent first class via USPS.. Insurance fee of $1.65 is optional for items up to $50 . Priority shipping upon request at $5.00 charge.. If you are purchasing more than one item then I will gladly combine shipping charges.
I will not be responsible for items shipped without insurance.
If payment is not received within 10 days of purchase then item(s) will be returned to stock. Items that have a pending order will not be sold while we are waiting for a response. If you are sending back a piece for a legitimate reason such as one that has been damaged in transit or it doesn't fit, you will receive a refund sans the original shipping costs..

International buyers please contact me for actual shipping costs..Payment for International orders must be in US funds.

Restocking Fee:
The buyer is responsible to pay for shipping to return the item. The item must be returned in the exact same manner in which it was sent and in the same condition. All return shipments must be insured. Original shipping fees are non refundable to buyer.

A 7% sales tax for Indiana residents is collected.
