Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All items are expertly packed and insured and normally shipped airmail using Royal Mail within 3 working days of payment clearing.

Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance and any customs duty. We ship twice weekly.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
