This little guy is just a running up the nearest tree and a hollering as a pink tongue alligator is nipping at his behind. This cast iron bottle cap opener was manufactured by John Wright Inc. in the middle 1950's. Some paint lost, measures 4 1/2 inches long and 3 inches high. A perfect addition to the collector of cap opener memorabilia.

Unmarked but manufactured by Nelson McCoy Stoneware Co. in 1926. It is refered to as a salt box in the McCoy Pottery Book by Sharon and Bob Huxford. Measuring 4 inches high and 6 inches across. A waffle weave pattern with raised roses going around the edge. These salt box were also used for butter or grease bowls. In very good condition considering the age and use it must of had. Another nice McCoy pottery piece in very good condition.

The bottom of this studio reads "Rockwell's Studio" The premiere issue in Rockwell's Main Street the first collection of landmark sculptures inspired by the art of Norman Rockwell, authorized by The Norman Rockwell Family Trust. Edition limited to 150 casting days Number 30672. Rhodes Studios 1988. Measuring 4 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches high. The casting is quite heavy. Norman Rockwell's studio and I believe it was also his home was moved to the his museum site in Stockbridge, Mass.

Under the ridge a couple of minute nicks the rest in very good condition. Measuring 11 inches across. This hard to find blue bowl is the Criss Cross pattern by Hazel Atlas. 1935 -1938. Pretty color blue with one imperfection, a very tiny flea bite on the rim. A strange one it may have come from the firing process. Just a tiny mark on the top and then again under the rim. Measuring 9 5/8 inches. Still nice and shiny with hardly any use lines at all.
