Pottery:By Maker:Stoneware:Pottery:Mccoy:Pitcher:Blue
Nelson McCoy Sanitary Stoneware Co. manufactured this unmarked blue stoneware pitcher and called the symbol the Indian Peace Sign. The sign also was used for luck, love, light and life. Later in years this same peace sign was used by Hitler as a symbol for his regime. This blue pitcher measures 8 1/4 inches high in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Vintage Silver Plate Umbrella Spoon Holder

$65 USDVintage Silver Plate Umbrella Spoon Holder

Silver:Silverplate
What a good idea for a spoon holder. This silverplate holder is shaped liked an umbrella with a long gowned lady holding the umbrella up. Measuring 8 inches high, it could be polished if you want the shine from silverplate. I like the years old patina on these vintage metal pieces. The bottom reads Brooklyn Silver Co. Plate with the number 524. It would of held 12 probably demitasse spoons or small sugar spoons or even small pickle forks. A very unique piece from the past when the table was set ...
