Sterling Silver Jewelry Set - Dogwood - Signed Stuart Nye

This vintage set of marked sterling silver jewelry was made by the Stuart Nye jewelry company of North Carolina. Although this company is still making jewelry, this set was purchased from the original owner, who bought it in the 1960s. This jewelry shows it’s original vintage sterling patina, and I have not cleaned it.

The name of the pattern is Dogwood, probably their most famous pattern. They’ve been making this pattern since the late 1930s, and all of their jewelry is carefully, artistically hand made. There are five pieces in this sterling Dogwood set, including a bracelet, a pair of pierced earrings, a necklace, and two pins. They are all marked with the Nye designer mark, and each is marked sterling.

So nice to find so many matching pieces together - this is simple in style, a true classic, and very well-made.
