Vintage 1920s Pocket Mirror - RARE Groom and Bride at Wedding

One of several vintage photographic pocket mirrors from a collection I’ve recently discovered, this mirror shows a bride and groom on their wedding day. He’s so handsome in his tux, and she’s glowing beautifully in her lacy wedding cap, holding her bridal bouquet of roses. They are both happy and smiling - it’s a perfect vintage wedding day photo in a very unusual form!

It appears that this photo was taken on the steps of the chapel where they were married. I also have the bride’s engagement photo as a pocket mirror (search my shop for “mirror”), and - SO interesting - she’s wearing the same string of pearls in both photographic mirrors!

Size of this mirror is 1-3/4 by 3 inches. It’s in Very Good Condition, with it’s mirror showing it’s age but with silvering still in good shape and intact. As added interest, the photographer hand-colored the bride’s cheeks with a soft pink. Hard to find these family documentaries, especially those showing a wedding couple!
