= This lovely old spill vase has such good detail - the young boy has beautifully hand-painted details, especially in his face. His cherub cheeks are pink, and his finely detailed facial features - eyes, eyebrows, lips - give him a tremendous amount of personality. His light brown curly hair just adds to his essence. More hand-painting in his clothing - shoes, pants and cape - all add up to a really superb vase.
