If you are not pleased with your purchase from my shop, you may contact me by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for it's return and refund of the purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee.

I will acknowledge your return request and arrange for you to return the item within 3 days. The item must be returned via original carrier in it's original packaging, insured, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.

Once returned, a refund will be issued - less 10% re-stocking fee - via PayPal.

Items damaged during shipment to the Buyer will be handled through the original carrier, with an insurance claim filed through that carrier.
