Bronzite is said to have high energy levels, in part, due to its heavy iron content. Some people say that it helps you feel more grounded and in control of your actions and decisions. I think no matter what you believe, Bronzite is just a beautiful stone. Rich in color, you will sparkle when you wear these pierced beauties! The gold plated post design looks a bit, I think, like a flower bud. Then there is a lovely tiny gold square with roundish edges that captures the iridescent gold streaks running through the bronzite squares that measure a very neat 14x14x6mm. The total drop is only 1", so you don't feel as if you have a large dangle of any sort. I know there are times, and there are women, who simply don't want the dangle. This is a nice compromise. The small stone and 1"drop reduce the dangle emphasis.
